The cafe needed to accept orders quickly and without mistakes: show the current menu, build the cart, collect delivery or pickup details, and hand the order off without manual routine. As customer traffic grew, this became a bottleneck: errors, delays, and unhappy guests.
A Telegram bot that guides the customer through the flow: menu -> cart -> checkout (delivery/pickup) -> confirmation. After confirmation, the order is saved to the database and notifications are sent to the team.
